I offer sessions both face to face and in-person depending on which is preferrable for you.
In-person Sessions
In-person sessions will take place in a room that I have rented, on a regular basis at the same time and day to allow for consistency.
I know some people may opt for this method as having someone physically present with you may make it easier to express your thoughts and feelings, as well as establish a deeper connection in a way that may be difficult if working online. It also allows you to reflect on sessions during your commute and what you might want to say.

If opting for this method, I would advise you to allow enough time for your commute and arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start of your session. You are welcome to take a seat in the waiting area.
Online Sessions
Online sessions will take place online via Zoom. As with in-person sessions, they usually take place on a regular basis. This may be a convenient option for individuals, particularly those with busy schedules, as there is no commute, meaning you can attend from the comfort of your own home. It can also be a more accessible option if you have issues with mobility.

Should you choose to have sessions online, I would advise you treat it as you would a face-to-face session by ensuring you have a safe, confidential and appropriate space, where you can feel free to talk and can give the session your full and undivided attention. I would also advise ensuring you have a good connection and that you allow adequate time after sessions to process what has been said, as counselling can be both an emotional and intense process.
I offer sessions on both a short-term and long-term basis, with the latter being open-ended. In both cases, I will check in with you to see where you are and come to an agreement about what will happen moving forward. Should you decide to do short-term therapy and feel you need additional sessions, this can be discussed.
